Earth-tones & Neons

I'm all about the the contra balance of colors, prints or anything really maybe it has to do with the fact that I am a libra or maybe I just like a happy medium. 

I love earth-tones like this olive green or go for a rusty color, neutrals like khaki or camel colors. Then make it pop by adding a vibrant or neon color.

PS; When wearing a maxi skirt, make a side knot if you have to hop on your bike (my mode of transport in Amsterdam)

The weather predictions have been way off track lately, makes me believe these people don't know what they are talking about. Fortunately it has been quite nice weather these days... but there are storm predictions, I just make sure I have a small umbrella with me at all times. How do you keep up with the summer weather??
