Love her style; upcoming artist Rita Ora. This Brit-chick has a fun "good-bad-girl" style; playful, stylish, just plain her. She reminds me of a mix of Rihanna and Gwen Stefani (pre-kids), tough girls glam. 

I'm all about the balance of opposites anyway and she is a perfect fashion muse!

She has a quirky yet very chic style and is not afraid to mix colors and patterns. I absolutely love it! She also shows this in her editorial work, lots of mixed colors and patterns. Definitely inspiration to me!

 Miroslava was a fashion editor for Harper's Bazaar Russia. Now she freelances and writes for various magazines. I love her so much! she is so petit and cute and has an amazing sense of style. It's kind of Vintage meets boho glam, feminine but yet tough. she always looks so effortless! She's a great inspiration to me.

I love her masculine yet feminine looks. She combines vintage with new styes perfectly! She plays down print with "new neutrals" (navy) and tops it off with bold necklaces  (I love!)

NYFW Street Style

While NY fashion week has come and gone for almost a week now, most fashion blogs, magazines and news papers are talking about the runway fashion (S/S2012), I'm still admiring the fashion show attendees. Editors, fashionista's and socialites, I rather get inspired by them then the runway shows them selves :) below are some of my top picks, loads of yellows, blacks, neutrals and interesting fabrics. Outfit Inspiration; J. Crew's Jenna Lyon's pick

Hi lovelies, I was browsing the J. Crew website, when I came across Jenna's picks. Jenna Lyons is the creative director for J. Crew. This look was one of them and for the past weeks/months I have been obsessing over this color combo. Remember my DIY skirt/outfit post? (this one)  and I was going on about it in "this post". Well if you wouldn't take it from me, take it from the fashion pro. I can't wait to go to the States again and shop at J. Crew, just a few more weeks! XO

So chic! Ashley Olson wearing a Navy midi skirt with a classic white button-down shirt. I love the maxi skirt fashion, but am afraid to wear it because I'm so short. Ashley is short as well and her solution to this fashion dilemma is to wear a midi skirt. Perfect balance of vintage and modern (love the Prada sunglasses), creating an ultra-chic look.
