Home-made Tomato Soup

I learned this easy, easy recipe from a friend from work. We always end up talking about food and she gives me the best vegetarian recipes and ideas! Thanks Caroline ;)
What you'll need;
Some tomatoes
one or half an onion
Bit of garlic
Vegetable stock
Optional; Can of white beans
1. Sauté the onion, garlic and tomato (take out the core)
2. Add some seasoning (italian or all seasoning)
3. Once the tomatoes look soft and the skin seems to let loose a bit, add the stock
4. Once its cooking, you will be able to fish the skins out
5. Puree the soup with a blender or food processor, after add the beans
6. Before serving, top soup with some balsamic vinegar, heavy cream or grated parmesan
Et Voila! Your home-made tomato soup!
Enjoy!

Outfit Post; Hot Pink Maxi & Black 'n White Stripes

The weather predictions have been way off track lately, makes me believe these people don't know what they are talking about. Fortunately it has been quite nice weather these days... but there are storm predictions, I just make sure I have a small umbrella with me at all times. How do you keep up with the summer weather??

Outfit Post; Piña Colada

Enjoying the hot Cadaqués weather and the street party called "San Juan" where there is lots of fire works, music and dancing through-out the streets of this little town. Staying up till early in the morning, watching the sunrise. Like New Years on Curaçao! I love it!

Street Style; Cadaqués

One necessary accessory in Cadaqués is the basket. Everybody walks around with them everywhere. Old men going to the market, kids coming from the beach and woman going for a drink on the town square. They sell them in different sized and details; Sequined, Pom-poms etc. Besides the basket fashion statement, the Catalan women are very stylish I find.
