Breakfast at Fayme's in the Kitchen; Croque Mademoiselle

Great recipe if your fresh bread has gone stale. What's for lunch? Croque Mademoiselle with a twist.
What is the difference between a croque mademoiselle and a monsieur? A monsieur often has ham as well and topped off with a sunny-side-up egg. You could always add this to your mademoiselle, however I topped mine with spiced grilled tomatoes.
P.S. I got inspired by a Dutch cookbook called; Weekendlunch by Janneke Philippi
 What do you need?
-Good cheese like swiss, emmental or aged gouda (which I used)
-1 egg
-Vegetable stock
-Kitchen string

1. Slice the cheese onto your bread
2. Wrap your bread like a little present
3.  Soak your wrapped sandwich in the egg&vegetable stock mixture
4. Grill your halved tomatoes in some olive oil and herbs
5. Afterward grill your soaked sandwich in the same pan
Et Voila! Bon Appétit mademoiselles et monsieurs!

Mixing patterns & Pastels

When I travel I usually end up taking too little clothes, but it makes it more fun and creative. When packing just make sure everything sort of fits together (same tone of color, and a little variety with textures).
That is how this outfit came to exist in London.
Me; "Day 3. hmmm what have I not worn yet....*rumble, rumble in the suitcase* Tada! Outfit"
And there is no doubt that I absolutely love clashing prints.

Travel Journal; London

A week has come and gone, just like last weekends trip to London. A few snapshots to give a taste of what London has to offer. First day taking the touristy stroll past the Jubilee Gardens, The London Eye and the famous Big Ben. Day 2 was spent roaming vintage shops and markets like Brick Lane Market and Sunday Up Market. Scoring some good thrifts, some awesome locally designed and made products and some delicious international dishes.
Day 3. Walking around Kensington area and a visit to the V&A Museum. One of the many wonderful things of London is that most museums are free of charge, which I think is amazing. The price of learning about different cultures, history and many other interesting exhibitions that museums offer, should be priceless I find.
Below; Taking a coffee break at the inside garden of the V&A museum.
Day 4. Taking in all the awesome and crazy fashion statements at Summer Set Housewhere London Fashion Week is hosted.
