DIY; Clip-On Studded Bow

Quick outfit post before a family visit, this must have been one of the hottest days yet! 

I've been wanting to make these bows for a while now, but had a hard time finding clip-on earring backs, eventually I found them at a bead store.

Inspired by Valentino, Mulberry and Christian Louboutin, you can clip the bows onto flats or heels!

Outfit Post; Shirt Dress

Last week we planned to go to some exhibitions, the first was a photo exhibition by New York Times Magazine at the Foam Museum in Amsterdam. Afterwards we went on a short scooter trip, from Amsterdam to a little city (Laren) about an hour and half scooter drive. Driving passed the typical Dutch fields with cows and sheep. Half way there we stopped for a picknic. The second was an art showing, a friends work was showcasing. 

On the way back I couldn't help but wanting to feel the grass under my feet.

 Last Sunday we went to our first festival! It was in the woods a little outside of Amsterdam called; Open Air Festival. The 4 of us got there and got a little lost in the woods before finding the place once we got there I was amazed by the fashion! Jeans shorts, Lace cropped tops and neons everywhere! 

I'm wearing H&M Fashion against aids cropped bustier, with a Zara skirt (last years), cross bracelet; DIY, square bracelet; Forever21 and rainbow clutch is Primark.

Here's a perfect and easy, yum! recipe for your Sunday....

Follow an (vanilla) cake-box recipe for the cupcakes, but add your own twist. 

>Mix one shot of a strong espresso and added that to the amount of water the recipe called for.

>Place a soft caramel chew in the center (do not push it in too much) 

>For the glaze, Mix; 2tbsp soft butter, 1/2cup confectioners sugar and 1 shot espresso

Topp 'em off with chopped caramels, Et Voila!

Outfit Post; Vintage Onesie

Yesterday was another awesome day in Amsterdam. I finally got to wear my vintage onesie I thrifted earlier this year, when it was still cold out. The onesie is so airy! nice for hot days like these. Yesterday I met up with some friends, roamed the market and had some lunch. It was too hot so we went home to cool down, have an iced-coffee and did some crafting. Later I spontaneously got invited to go on a boat with some friends (which you might have seen on Instagram), it was an even more perfect ending to an already awesome day.

We've been blessed with some summer weather this week! I love it so, Amsterdam turns into a big happy city. People sitting anywhere and everywhere, along the canals on the side-walk and the park is crazy! As long as people soak up some sun rays, we will all be good!

Corn Muffins in a Can

Happy Sunday! today I'm sharing a nice treat, perfect for weekend brunch.
 This time I went for the undomestic ways again. I like the "just add milk and eggs" pre-packaged mixes. Then just add something different to make it my own. Instead of using regular baking tins, I used cans.

 I added corn for a extra bite to the muffin and before serving it I topped it off with some squashed avocado, but why not try;

-Caramelized onions & cheddar cheese

-Sun-dried tomatoes & Koriander 

-Topped off with sour cream and chives

Styling Tips; Jeans Dress

One of my favorite pieces to wear on my day off is a jeans dress. I have one that I have worn so often that I don't dare to wear it no more(one post "here" another "here"). But jeans dresses are so easy! Even though it is more of a casual piece, you could dress it up or down.
